SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Fees

All orders for delivery within Australia are delivered complimentary using Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery.

For international orders, we currently ship via DHL eCommerce to the following countries and the following flat rate fees apply:

New Zealand $15
Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, South Korea
$20

USA & Canada

$25
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, Netherlands, United Kingdom

Shipping Process - Australian Orders 

Once your order is complete, we carefully wrap your jewellery and dispatch it via Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed before 10am AEST, Monday to Friday on the same day. You will also receive an email containing a tracking number, so you can monitor your jewellery’s journey. 

We do not ship on weekends, Victorian or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the following business day.

Please note: Due to COVID-19 Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery for Express Post parcels but they will still receive the highest priority for delivery.

Additionally for custom designs, including engraved pieces and select items made in Brave Edith's Melbourne studio, allow seven business days for production prior to despatch (unless otherwise specified).  For any items purchased on pre-order, the item will ship on the date specified on the product page.

Once your order is complete, we carefully wrap your jewellery and dispatch it via DHL eCommerce Delivery or Australia Post International Post, depending on which is offering the fastest service. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders placed  before 10am AEST, Monday to Friday on the same day. You will also receive an email containing a tracking number, so you can monitor your jewellery’s journey.   You can use the same number to check on the Australia Post website while the parcel is in Australia and then with your local postal service once it has left Australia.

Please note, that due to COVID-19 international deliveries are experiencing significant delays and so will take longer than the usual delivery timeframe of 7 – 14 days once dispatched.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

Please note that international orders are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. As such, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees or levies that may be payable in order to release the goods upon arrival in the destination country. As local legislation varies from country to country, international customers are required to check these details before placing any orders. Also please note that some countries have specific import restrictions on certain products or materials and it is the responsibility of customers to check local customs regulations before placing an order for shipping outside Australia.
