Can’t wait to get your hands on your jewellery?  We don’t blame you.  Which is why we offer same day despatch for orders placed before 10am (other than custom orders). We use Australia Post Express Post for all deliveries within Australia and Australia Post International Express with signature on delivery for all international deliveries. Orders within Australia are typically delivered within 1-3 business days and orders for international delivery are typically delivered within 4 – 14 business days (depending on your location). At Brave Edith, we really want you to wear your jewellery with pride. If for any reason, you would like to return your purchase, we will happily offer you a refund if you return the item within 30 days of purchase. Full details on our returns policy and procedure can be found here

Pieces that include engraving are custom made to order so they are final sale. We’re not able to accommodate a change in engraving on any engraved items.

Yes! We offer complimentary gift-wrapping on all our orders, as well as the option for a hand-written gift card so that you can have your gift delivered direct. You can read more about our gift-wrapping service here.

Yes we do. Brave Edith gift cards start from $50 and are available in increments of $50 up to the value of $500. They may be purchased in the same way as any other Brave Edith product with the exception that discounts cannot be applied to their purchase price. Gift Cards do not incur any additional processing fees. Brave Edith gift cards are delivered by email and are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase.

Our gift cards are delivered by email and can be redeemed online at braveedith.com by entering the unique gift card code in the box at check-out. (The box appears after you have entered your shipping details and prior to proceeding to payment. Enter in the area which says “Gift card or Discount code” and press apply). Gift cards may be redeemed in whole or in part, and may be used in conjunction with a discount code. The amount spent is tracked and the card can be used multiple times provided there still is a remaining balance on the card. We all respond better to a little care.  Brave Edith jewellery is no different. To keep your jewellery looking better for longer, follow these simple steps:


(1) Wear: Jewellery should be the last piece you put on and the first you take off. Put your make up and perfumes on first and take your jewellery off before exercising, showering, swimming and sleeping. Water, perspiration and chemicals all contribute to tarnishing of your jewellery. Chemicals can also remove the gold from gold vermeil pieces.


(2) Store: Store your jewellery in its box away from air to prevent tarnish overtime. If storing for longer periods, place in a zip lock bag and acid free tissue. Take care to store each piece separately so it doesn’t tangle or scratch against other items.


(3) Clean: To brighten up your silver pieces, gently rub with silver cloth such as Goddards silver polish cloth. For gold vermeil items, you can use warm soapy water and a soft cloth to remove any dirt. We do not recommend using chemical jewellery dips on gold vermeil as this can remove the gold.


(4) A note on pearls: Pearls need to be treated delicately. After wearing, gently wipe them with a soft, damp cloth to remove any traces of acids such as perspiration or perfume which can destroy their nacre and therefore their beautiful lustre.
