These stylised gold vermeil earrings are a contemporary interpretation of peacock plumes. As the national bird of India and Burma, the peacock's striking train of many eyes is believed to make it a powerful and compassionate guardian. Wear these earrings as an elegant reminder to stand tall and look out for those around you.
Available in gold vermeil with a soft satin finish facing and polished backs.
Sold as a pair, each earring measures 37mm long x 25mm wide with elongated hooks for pierced ears.
These beautiful earrings are the second pair I’ve bought in the last two years. I got them as a present for a girlfriend who was getting married and she cried when she opened them. They were the perfect gift - stunning and elegant. Once again the postage was quick and communication by Stephanie was excellent. If you’re considering buying jewellery from Brave Edith I cannot recommend it enough, the pieces are stunning and very special.
My plume gold earrings are divine. They are gift to myself for finishing uni and I could be more in love. They’re so lightweight and unique. I especially love the brushed front and shiny back. I totally recommend these plume earrings
It took me a while to decide on my first piece by Brave Edith but now that I've taken the plunge, I know I'll be back for more beautiful pieces. Since Covid has taken out so many small businesses, I've been trying to be more intentional in my shopping and support of local Australian artisans, designers and businesses. I contacted Stephanie with a few questions regarding Brave Edith and where her jewellery is made, designed and sent from, and she was not only forthcoming but she was so transparent and warm about the origins of the company, her jewellery designs and the process of making her pieces - such a rarity for the wild-west of online shopping!
I put my order in, and a few days later I oddly received an email asking for me to review my earrings. I hadn't at this stage received the earrings, and no notification had come through from the post office of it's delivery (I got it sent to my PO box). Another quick email to Stephanie, who chased up the delivery on her end (going above and beyond!) and the parcel was found to be sitting at the post office, but they had forgotten to notify me of its delivery.
So long story short, Stephanie is wonderful to deal with, her pieces are beautifully crafted and thoughtfully made. I can't wait to add more to my Brave Edith collection =)
Captivating designs, excellent quality and exceptional service is a combination that’s in short order these days. Yet you get it all with Brave Edith. I’ve loved the pieces I’ve treated myself to and been so pleased to see the gifts I’ve bought been so well received. Can highly recommend.
